Thai food is a must-have if you are in Thailand. Baan Khanitha is a Thai restaurant that has a few branches in Bangkok. I went to the branch in Asiatique as it was located directly at Asiatique‘s riverside pier. I chose to sit at the 2nd level to enjoy the panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River.

The chicken was my favourite among all the food I have ordered, followed by the fried spring roll! Do not worry if you think you have to queue to eat there because there are plenty of seats (outdoor, ground floor indoor, 2nd floor indoor). It’s a double-storey colonial-style structure, decorated with wood-panelled furniture and colourful orchids.
