DIY: Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are currently my latest obsession. You can’t miss a week without having a bowl of smoothie. Not to mention, I could eat it almost every day for breakfast. You can never go wrong with a smoothie bowl. Build your own smoothie bowl with this guide below:

1 Cup Frozen Fruit + 1 Frozen, Ripe Banana
1/2 Cup Veggies/Greens
1/2 Cup Liquid
2 Tbsp Protein 

Blend all in a mixer and pour into a bowl. Get creative and top with your favourite toppings and you are good to go!
These are actually a good alternative for healthy eating and plus, it tastes DELICIOUS! 

What I used:
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
Handful of spinach
1/2 Cup Yogurt (your choice of flavour)
1/2 Cup Milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats 

I topped it with blueberries, strawberries and fresh flowers. (The flowers are just for photo taking so please do not eat them)
